Bad aftersale service

Goodday, im so disappointed in Cape Union Mart's aftersale service.I bought a K -Way jacket from them and after the colour start fading i reported it to them on the 12 th of May 2018. Untill now nothing has been done even after i send the product to them to investigate as requested. I'm not sure if the quality of their products went down or what may be the cause of this. It's not my only K -Way jacket and is well aware of the maintanance of it...You really let me down.
