Bad after sales service from Cape union mart !!!

I bought a pair of Salomon XA PRO 3D shoes from Springs branch , I told them that my old Salomons did not last and do not want to go thru the same problem again. They assured me that if there is any problems in 12 months that they will give me a new pair. The shoes is coming apart from the sole. I gave them in at Heidelberg branch now they want me to wait 6 weeks just so glue them back. When I phoned now the lady said that she will get them back and I need to take them to Springs where I bought them. As I did not buy them from Heidelberg is it not the same company. I want new shoes as I paid R2500 for them to last. I do not even run with them and only use them 3 times in a week.
