Awesome manager at Nicolway

I would like to commend the manager of the nicolway branch of Cape Union Mart- Nolene Sullaphen. Wonderful to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and knows how to deliver great customer experience! I had an issue with a hi-tec product and Nolene went out of her way to try to rectify the situation and provide an interim solution. Keep up the good work Nolene!
