Awesome Customer Service Received
I'd like to thank Jonathan from the Hemmingways Cape Union Mart branch for going the extra mile to order a rain jacket in my size from another branch. He advised me that it would be here in 2 weeks, which it was, and it's going to be a fantastic replacement for the previous one that has served me well for the past 15 years. All of the employees at this branch definitely go out of their way to help customers and ensure that they are able to find what they are looking for. Keep it up, Cape Union Mart :-)
