Appalling lack of response

I bought a pair of Hi Tek Altitude hiking boots from Cape Union Mart Cavendish branch in Dec last year. They started falling apart immediately but after three or four hikes i realised that it wasn't just surface damage and needed to be repaired or replaced. I took them back in June to be looked at and they said I'd hear back from them in 4-6 weeks. I did not.<br> <br> I emailed them a month ago and they said they'd look into it. A week later I'd heard nothing so emailed again and they said they'd contact the Cavendish branch. A few days later I get a phone call from someone at that branch saying that they think the shoes they sold me as Hi Tek Altitudes were actually different shoes. They said they'd look into it and follow up soon. <br> They did not.<br> <br> I emailed again for a follow up and they ignored me. <br> I emailed again a few days later asking if they'd received my email and they said they couldn't find any previous emails from me. <br> <br> I emailed again with all details and an outline of what had happened so far and received no response. I emailed again a few days later asking if they'd received that email and got no response. <br> <br> Please respond Cape Union Mart.
