Noleen and Karabo at the Nicolway store served me yesterday. They were so helpful and charming that it was a pleasure to be attended by them. Rarely do we get attention from sales staff in retail outlets and these two were not just good but were pro-active, even with a bit of gentle humour. So nice to be able to pen this note.
