Amazing Service

This is my first review and man am i happy to write it. I was at the Cape union mart store, (the one outside of canal walk mall) i was greeted and asked if i needed assistance. I said I'll just browse for now. I went to look at the shoes. A few minutes later A lady came from the back and greeted me and asked if i have been helped. I said to her I honestly don't know what im looking for and we both laughed. Bearing in mind i always just go to this store as people there are always helpful and so friendly. We eventually got an idea on what shoe but didnt have any sizes anywhere. But thats not the point really. I had such a good time with this lady, her name is Abigail. And to be honest its not the first time I'm being helped by her. I asked if she remembers me and i gave her a few hints as she was honest enough to tell me she doesnt remember. As soon as she recalled our previous interactions she apologised and i told her its fine. She could tell me what the conversation was about prior to this visit and asked me how my dad is doing as that time i told her he had to go for a operation. Abigail is such a lovely human being. I asked her about how she's doing and my word, the things she's going through totally hit me hard. The moral of this story is Cape union mart has great employees such as Abigail. She does not treat you like a customer and this is why i always return to that store. Very professional. She is absolutely amazing. I ended up not buying anything but the chat was amazing. There should be more people like her out there. I told her i will return and definetly just ask for her. You really have a great person working for your company. Please guys if you do decide to go to a cape union mart store please visit this particular store and ask for Abigail. Trust me you wont regret it.
