Amazing Service

I have been shopping around both online and in local stores for a pair of Merrell Rant shoes. I did not find what I wanted after a few weeks of searching. All the stores I went to said that the shoes I am looking for have been discontinued and there is no way of getting them. A week later a friend of mine told me to email Cape Union and ask them personally if they can get a pair of these shoes for me. After waiting a few day, Lee-roy, a Cape Union Staff member got back to me and let me know that they have managed to find a pair for me. He then gave me the option to either purchase that pair online, or they can get it to my nearest Cape Union Store. I asked if I could purchase it online. I received a call from Lee-roy the same day to let me know he will make the pair available online but wants me to be ready on the other side to buy it as someone else will probably grab it if they see it's available. He then added the shoes and within 2 minutes I checked them out and they are on their way here. If you ever have an issue finding something at Cape Union, just email them. Thank you so much Lee-roy
