Additional EFT Payment Not received
Terrible customer service, I have an account with them, I decided last month to make an additional payment on my account to settle it faster, the amount never showed on the statement. I went to the stores to sort it out, they said I must mail the proof of payment to them, that same day I did it. I have been sending countless emails to them, the contact details on the website are not correct so you can't phone them. I have been struggling with this for almost 14 days now, and it is still not sorted.
My advice do not get an account with them.
