Above and beyond

<p>After purchasing a leather man pouch from awesome tools (awefull tools) in March 2016 it was broken by May 2016 and they would not repair or replace. Went to Cape union mart outside store in waterfront and dealt with Donald. Told him I am looking for a pouch other than a awesome tools product as I refuse to buy an awesome tools product again. He was horrified when hearing about my encounter with awesome tools. He went so far as to find me a Buck knife pouch that fits my needs. When asked the cost I was told it's for FREE. That really took me by surprise as I did not buy my original pouch from Cape union mart and I proceed to tell him this. His response was that he wants me to be happy with the product I bought originally even though it was not from him. 10 out of 10 to Donald for his effort to fix an Awesome tools issue. Best experience I have ever had in a retail store Donald can sure go teach Awesome tools a thing or two about customer service</p>
