A change from the South African Norm

With all the Bad Service out there and lets face it, this is something we have to get use to in this country, I wanted to compliment rather than complain.

Well done Cape Union Mart, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with your company. I was given a pair of shoes, that were a size to big, but I didn't get the slip. I thought I would have to live with it. I went onto your website and used the Chat Function where I was told not to worry any store would help me. I was Skeptical to say the least.

I went in to the Fourways store, where I was greeted by Patience, she looked at the bag I was carrying and knew I was there for an exchange. She helped me find the perfect replacement and went out of her way to ensure I was happy . When I went back this week she greeted and still remembered me.

Just wanted to say thank you. It was a refreshing change.
