3 months to fix a bag!?!?

I've had my backpack for 6 years now, but I've only used it on 3 trips, so I was very surprised that some stitching had come undone and that the daypack's waterproofing shell was peeling off on the inside during my last trip in August last year.

I'd emailed Kway in September and was told to take it in for repairs at a Cape Union. I did this on 8 October and was contacted some time later to tell me about the cost which I'd assumed would be for the manufacturer. I emailed Team Kway again and got a response from Zainab Samuels on 11 November asking for the repair number and store location where I'd dropped the bag off.

Needless to say that that was the last correspondence from their side. I have sent 4 messages since with no reply and also no idea what's happened to my bag...
