Very BAD service and NO delivery

I ordered a St James full aluminium 3m X 3m umbrella on 22 Novemer 22 and paid for it in full. Was told 3 weeks delivery. I phoned later to confirm delivery date and it was the 19th Des due to backlog. I phoned everyday since 19 to 22 Dec and i spoke to sales manager Nic as well to enquire about the delivery of my umbrella. I was promised by the rep Driana that the umbrella is on the bakkie for delivery on 22 Dec 22. Today 23 Dec 22 and still no umbrella. Company closed for festive season and no word from them. Absolutely Disgusting service and would not recommend anyone to do business with them as they seem to be a bunch of ********.
