Went into cape town tourism to get a wild card and one was issued to my hubby as i could not get one due to not having any proof of address and was informed that i needed to then have an affidavit saying i live with my husband- fair enough. Meanwhile while filling out my form for when i do go through all the necessary channels inorder to receive a card for myself, i look over to the guy next to me and the same person helping me helps him that wants an activity wildcard but then he never had the people with him to sign the forms and they needed to be there and then this shumera womens says its okay he should just fill out the forms and looks to me very guilty of maybe making an exception for him later when i had left which is very unprofessional and which i picked up and did not like at all! Later the manager phones my hubby to say that i never looked happy because i havent been issued a card and they need proof blah blah blah. Uhm hi manager, i was not upset for not getting a card, i was ****ED off! Due to the fact that your staff memeber knew she was in the wrong thats why she could tell you a one sided story! And when my husband wanted to explain our side, manager put down the ph
