Paragliding ruined by ****** fear mongering pilot

In December 2015 my German friend and I went paragliding off signal hill. She had an excellent experience with photos and videos. I received no photos. My video and experience were ruined by Pete, the pilot who tried to make me fear black people. I felt too vulnerable to challenge him successfully. He kept telling me about black people who had ****** and ***** people he knew. When I emailed to complain I was dismissed and was not compensated for the photos I had paid for but had not received. I will never put my life in the hands of a company that condones ****** fear mongering again.
