Horrible Service

This company’s service and marketing is absolutely SHOCKING. Not only was I sold a lie (I was assured that the t-shirts are a ploy-cotton blend when in actual fact they were 100% cotton, making it impossible for me to brand as intended) but upon contacting them to correct their mistake I was told ever so politely that it’s not really their problem and they have no way of fixing it as it was already quarter to 5 on a Friday afternoon and their printers (branding company) where already closed. I am a business owner and had a charity event to host on Saturday the 11th of Feb 2017. Not only did I spend near R800.00 on shirts I was now unable to use/brand the way I intended, but I now had to pay for a different style of branding that was nearly triple the price. When I asked for a refund I was told that the matter had been passed on to their managerial department. I was asked whether I would return the shirts and said I would, even though I had just spent more than R1000.00 on having a brander work throughout the night to get the shirts branded in time for my charity event. It’s now a week later and I am still to hear anything back from the company regarding my refund. All I get is unnecessary questions and excuses. Although the sales representative has been very polite while handling the matter I find the fact that I was sold a lie absolutely appalling and to make matters worse, I have not heard a single word, let alone an apology from the so called managerial department regarding the matter. At the end of the day it comes down to MISREPRESENTATION that UNNECESSARILY cost me a lot of money. I want my money back regardless of whether the shirts are returned or not. I was lead to believe that I was purchasing poly-cotton shirts but was given 100% cotton shirt. This is not how you do business!! If you’re looking to buy t-shirts for your company or an event look elsewhere. Cape Town T-shirt House - Endless excuses and endless troubles
