faulty t shirts

i bought 50 tshirts (black, blue and khaki) in diff. sizes from paul novis in table view. i was shown sample t shirts and trusted the 50 t shirts would be of same quality. the t shirts were packed in a back room, so i had no chance to check quality.( t shirts were dropped off at my printers in maitland for extra R 50).<br> my printer printed the designs and i went to fetch t shirts to deliver to my customer today, friday. on arrival i checked all t****s and saw lots of quality problems at mostly back of the t shirts. (holes, restitched holes, bad, open stitches on neck on back) all in all i could not use 14 of all 50 t shirts. the printer printed on them bec. print was in front of shirt and not on back. now on request to replace the reject t shirts, i am denied, bec. t shirts have already prints on them. yet it is the t shirt selling companies duty to sell promised quality and not reject quality. prints or no prints on t shirts does not matter bec. t shirts are reject and can't be sold. <br> i insist on having the t shirts which are faulty replaced with no extra charge. this is my first step to seek justice, if we dont come to agreement, i will have to involve my lawyer.
