Worst DSTV installer ever

On 30/08/2018 found this site https://www.capetownsat.co.za/, they provide DSTV installation services. They can the next day to do an extra view installation. All went smoothly, however they did not wait until the 2nd decoder was fully synched and working, assuring me that it will work in a few hours. Of course this never happened. Got an error 143, which indicates there is a problem with the installation. Phoned the company back was assured that it was a DSTV issue, to which I explained that DSTV assured me it was an installation issue. The company then said they would send someone round on the 1st, which never happened. Tried to get hold of them numerous times but my calls were ignored. I had to resort to using a different number on the 3rd Sept just to get someone to answer my calls. I was then told that the installers believed that it was a DSTV issue. I had communicated with DSTV on numerous occasions and they assured me that it was installer error. Had to change numbers again just to get hold of the company who assured me they would come out on the Monday afternoon. Of course they didn't pitch up and when I tried to contact them again my calls were ignored. Decided to contact another company, they can around today on the 4th, problem sorted out in 30 mins. And guess what... Installer error, the previous company didn't bother to set the correct decoder settings. Be very careful which company you use for DStv installations, definitely don't use Cape Town Sat they won't give you the support they promise on there invoice...3 month warranty.. their invoice days DSTV accredited but that is obviously a lie. What a joke. Worst service ever.
