HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST!

I am extremely disgusted by the service of the receptionist, she's an old coloured lady and she's always in a bad mood, I've been there twice now, the first time she was extremely rude, moody, talking to me like I'm one of her children, I am married and made an appointment telephonically using my husband's surname when my I.D still had my ****en surname, honest mistake , she basically scold at me like I'm I'm a child , she had a really bad attitude and she acts like she runs the place , she basically humiliates patients in front of everyone else waiting in line. The second time I went she was very moody as well , she doesn't really look at the patients and communicate with them , she sits there and speaks in an irritated tone of voice, and this time around she denied a other patient a visit to the clinic all because they didn't write down an appointment for this patient in their books, the woman made an appointment telephonically as well, so I don't know what needs to happen but a sour old lady like this does not belong in Healthcare services !
