bad experience

last week i went there for my family planning injection , when i got there i told the lady that i lost my card , she told me to come back the following week due to them only having one nurse , then yesterday when i went back they gave me a bunch of cards and asked me to look for my card. It was 14:50 when i got there , i looked for my card and could not find it . At for they told me that they about to close and i must come back the next day at twelve . i went the next day and a lady by the name of Lauren Hanafey who is the admin staff told me its her lunch time and why was i told to come at twelve which is there lunch time and i rep**** saying that i do not know but i was told to come this time . she said i must wait and she assisted about five people while i was still waiting and then she went to the back and came back telling me to come some other time because theres only one nurse available . i asked them how many times am i suppose to come here because this is my lunch time and i wont have any other time. she said that theres nothing that she can do and that i have to come back. i feel that this is pathetic service . <br>
