Cape Refrigeration

On 12 May 2021, I called Cape Refrigeration to have my fridge repaired. I spoke to Andre who sent two guys the very same day to "repair" the fridge. Once the job was done I received an invoice for R1250, which I paid in cash to the mechanics. The next day I messaged Andre telling him that I still have the same problem of ice on my freezer door which I have to remove daily. He responded a day later since he was in a meeting. Two days later I messaged again and threatened to expose him on social media if my problem is not sorted. He then said maybe the rubbers need to be replaced. Today being 10 June 2021 and I have had no response from Cape Town Refrigeration. People please these are "fly by night" people. No after sales service. They take your money and that's the last you see them. BE WARNED, do not get them to do any repairs. SIMPLY SAID THEY ARE ******. I
