Appalling service Cape Town Refrigeration

I am loathe to even give this company a one star rating. The technicians came out to repair my freezer on 15 December and as it was just before the public holiday, I paid them R2200 without an invoice being issued. I was told I would receive an invoice, that their workmanship had a 6 month warranty and that I should contact them if the freezer was still not working. The freezer was not working the following morning, so I tried to contact them several times in the weeks that followed but to no avail. I regret not reading previous reviews from other dissatisfied customers before using this bogus company. They are a bunch of ******* who once they have received your money, have absolutely no intention of repairing their poor workmanship. The phone numbers supp**** are not for a valid business and they only supply a street name with no actual number as their address.
