Cape town palms bread and breakfast so unproffessional.

We booked for the night @ 23: 00 pm on the 27th of August 2018 and this place confirmed , we got here no one attended to us as the doors were closed. We contacted the owner the following day he tells us he is in hospital and that he is sorry they will refund our money. Then Wednesday he tells us that we must go to the agency we booked from he is not paying a cent. He was so rude and unhelpful and in fact it is my first time ever booking that i get this treatment.
