Accommodation Booked

I work for ER24 and I booked accommodation for 12 of our Regional Managers. The website looks wonderful but when they arrived it was nothing like what was advertised on the website. They put 4 or 5 guys in one room. There was no toilet door on one of the bathrooms. It was unhygienic and when it was breakfast. They were given bread and eggs to cook themselves. We were charged R26,024.30. They were due to stay from the 26th October through to the 1st November but after staying one night. They left. We do have pictures of what the accommodation looks like.
