Cape Town Marathon without medal

I ran my first marathon at 62, the Cape Town Marathon on 15/9/19. Upon completion, I was handed a medal which after inspecting it, was for a different event. I contacted the organisers who promised to send me the correct medal. I received a message from Postnet in Hazyview, a trip of 80km to fetch my medal. They had now sent me another incorrect medal, this time for the 10km event. I have contacted them on numerous occasions without response. Help please .
