Quality of Service

Its been a long process due to my unique case. It took longer than what they promised but due to the unique circumstances it was understandable. The communication throughout the whole process was very good and transparent. There were always prompt responses on my follow-up emails and calls for progress. My case was successfully resolved. I believe the value I received for what I paid was good.
