NOT PLUMBERS THEY CLOWNS

I've had a leak at my premises which i logged a claim for with standard bank this job was assigned to capeleak detection. This plumbing company took its own time to come out and when they eventually came out (after 5pm) they did a quick patch-up job. The quick patch-up job included replacing my plastic pipe with a 0.3m pipe instead of a 1metre pipe. Weeks later i discovered that my meter is still running and got in a private plumber in. We then discovered that there was another leak on that exact same pipe they fixed 0.5m away from the leak they fixed. I called my insurance company to complain and called them directly as well. I've been waiting since monday for them to send out someone to my premises but all i get is excuses. I will definitely NOT be making use of this plumbing company EVER and i do not recommend this company to anyone😡😤😠.
