Cape Town Leak Detection and Plumbing

From experience, we did not receive a professional service from Anthon of Cape Town Leak Detection and Plumbing. My suggestion is to give one of the many other leak detection specialists a call.

The crux is that Anthon did not adhere to his brief, and at the end of the day, merely pointed out in an extremely brief (very unsatisfactory) 'report', the same leak that was pointed out to him. During a subsequent teleconversation to remind him of what was required and to discuss the shortcomings of his 'report', he indicated he would revise the 'report'.

Anthon and the 'report' allude to an extensive investigation with correlation testing having taken place, but when asked to deliver this info, nothing is forthcoming.

Cape Town Leak Detection and Plumbing resort rather to a defensive and aggressive attitude and the sending of threatening emails for payment (yet the work has not been done).

What we required at the time, is information from Cape Town Leak Detection and Plumbing that would assist in our planning (with our plumber) for the most suitable fix, or new pipe bypass, for a leak we (obviously) knew we had. The fix most ideally, would entail no need to break out tiles. What we receive, is Anthon merely pointing out the very same leak. It just doesn't make sense!!!

To reason with Cape Town Leak Detection and Plumbing has proved impossible, and to date, unsuccessful. They visited the premises and now want their pay. The fact that they did not carry out the work expected of them is besides the point.

Of interest, the "report" received (which at best, can be described as a Note), the information obtained in teleconversation with Anthon, and the emails from Cape Town Leak Detection and Plumbing are littered with gross inaccuracies and falsehoods.
