CTICC bad experience

I was attending an event (google onboard 2018)in CTICC, and my laptop was ****** and the stuff was useless all I could hear was "this happen everyday to careless people " and they can't help me. I forced to see the footage and the cameras weren't clear(blur) and people who stole my laptop were hiding themselves on the cameras and which means they know how the camera operates.
