In on the Square cape town worst experience

Firstly when we arrived on the 18th January 2019 at the hotel we did not feel welcomed.I booked the accomodation with flight centre and the agent told them to give a room with a view.We checked in and they made us wait 2 hours as our room was not ready. They did not even notify us the room was ready we had to ask them and then they said the room was ready. We got a room with a wall blocking and no view.We then phoned receptionist and told them we not happy with the room. They then told us to come back to reception and leave our luggage so that they can arrange another room with a view.We left our luggage at the reception and left.We came back at 11.30 and no one to open the gate we had to find a way to get to the hotel and there was no porter to take our luggage.we had to carry our own bags.Second day 19th January 2019 we woke up early at 8 went for breakfast and left the hotel. We came back at 11.00 at night to find our room was not cleaned and beds were not made.We phoned reception and the cleaner on night duty came to check and phoned the manager (which did not bother to come and check the room) to ask what options can we give them as the rooms was not cleaned. They then told us they moving us to another room (3rd room 2 nights). We then carried our bags again and moved to another room.No manager from that hotel apologised or came up to the room to inspect.I am not happy with the service that i got from in on the square and i will never recommend family and friends to that hotel. When i booked with flight centre they told me it was a 4 star hotel. As far as my experience it is a 2 star hotel.Up to date i have never received an apology for all that trouble and inconvenience.
