Horrible service

Had a horrible stay, was told less than 24 hours before check in that we've been moved to another hotel. I Refused to move and when we checked in our mattress was not covered, with mismatched pillow cases. On the last night I wasn't well and asked to have my dinner in the room, only to be told by the supervisor Gamieda that food was not allowed in the rooms. Unfortunately by the time I came downstairs to eat my food was cold and dessert already melted
