CTHA APARTMENTS SERVICE IS TRASH!!!!!!!!
Ctha apartments is trash ! They never told us about the brokage deposit prior to us checking in and only insisted when we got here that we pay or else they kick us out. This is inhumane and embarrassing. Do not book this place ! The agent was very unhelpful and misleading.

We unfortunately cannot handover the keys without receiving the breakage deposit and we encourage guest to please read all the terms and conditions before making a booking as well as all correspondence send after booking has been made up until your check in

19 Apr 2021, 11:37We have also received a noise complaint from one of the families staying in the complex, of loud noise coming from the apartment at early hours of Saturday morning. I would just like to remind guest that quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day.

19 Apr 2021, 11:37 No parties (Stag, Hen or other), loud noises, shouting and/or other activities that could disturb the other tenants in the building, will be tolerated in our apartments. You will loose your security deposit and be asked to vacate the building IMMEDIATELY
