No proper refund channel for the CTC Fest (now Cape Town Heroes)
I purchased tickets for the Cape Town CTC Festival (now Cape Town Heroes) for the October 2025 event. The show was postponed to March 2026 with no official email or update to me. I only found out via Facebook when I was trying to see what time the show starts, as we were still under the impression the show was that Saturday (25 October). Trying to get a refund has been a loop between the ticketing platform (iTickets) and the promoter (BokRadio), with no clear or accessible process. I've forwarded my email to another email address as shared by the promoter, and hope I'll get to the right person or place now. Please address the lack of communication and provide a proper refund channel on our website and official Facebook page.
