Do not do business with them, absolute ****mers

My Jeep's rear diff was making a noise. I took it my regular dealership who quoted me R30000 , I decided to get another quote from Cape Town Gearbox & Differential centre. Spoke to Ricardo who offered to do the entire job for R18500 but demanded upfront payment of R10000 which I paid. They were a week late to fetch my car but after fetched they first came back to me with a new quote MUCH more which I rejected and then kept my car for 6-7 weeks with every excuse under the son. Wrong part arrived, seals are missing , wrong model number. Eventually, I had to pay to have my car removed. It was repaired at the above price. Trying to get a refund is near to impossible with so many promises and getting lawyers involved. They signed an acknowledgement of debt and have repeatedly promised to pay me back but after 4 months - nothing. My recommendation is to stay well away from these ****mers. I escalated to the JHB partners and just radio silence
