I had a great experience at the Cape Town Fitment Centre, as I went there thinking I needed a new silencer. Ashley and Ava treated me with kindness and courtesy. Ashley and 3 assistants examined my car on the hoist and it was taken for a test drive. They could not find the problem and I arranged to return the following day for a lengthier appointment. Lo and behold! I found on departure that the noise that had worried me had gone since they had manipulated the exhaust while examining it. I phoned to offer to pay them but there was no charge. They could have sold me a new silencer and I would have been none the wiser. I am very grateful to have experienced such honesty and courtesy.
