Excellent 'service' - the negative reviews are unfair

I read several negative reviews about this business and was very cautious about giving them my two cars to service. I can honestly say that the negative reviews are entirely misleading and don't represent the work ethic of this company. First of all, they were incredibly friendly, well organised when it came to booking in and out (no delays. allowed a later time to drop kids to school, let me leave one car to overnight which saved a return journey). The other thing that was v impressive was that they photographed the vehicle parts in need of attention as they went along to keep me up to date. No pressure was app**** to fix anything. When I did have a small problem upon returning home the owner, Ashley, was about to step into his car to visit me in person (fortunately I sorted it out myself quickly). Eva at reception was always pleasant, humorous and communicated excellently. The negative reviews need to be taken with a pinch of salt, they are an unfair representation of what seems to be a well run business. I will return definitely.
