What "free wifi"??

I don't really know who to address my complaint to. I will write to Mugg & Bean as well.

I am usually using the "free wifi" that Mugg & Bean offers. (The M&B in Rustenburg, the Waterfall Mall branch). Whenever I struggle with the "free wifi", I am told to use CTFM's "free wife". The two stores are next to each other, and apparently there are a co-operation between the two. The CTFM actually advertise "free wifi" on their doors.

The last few weeks this "free wifi" has been exceptionally unreliable. I can't even use it to listen to my radio app or use it to send a tweet...
