The worst service I have ever experienced

After eating I had to wait for 20 minutes without anyone coming to check on us at Cape Town Fish Market Century City. My partner then went to the waiters and asked for some sort of service again another 10 minutes went by without anyone coming. I finally had to get up myself and request for the manager. The manager was nonchalant and just told me they had system problems and that was it, there was no communication so that we atleast know there is going to be a delay. Still after asking for for a "doggy bag" (lack of a better word) the manager still took about 15 just bringing that. I have been sitting now for over 45 minutes with no doggy bag and with no bill. The service here is appalling and the managers behavior stinks. His name is Killian
