Skimmed credit card

A friend of mine recently had an issue which involved the staff walking off with the credit card. Because of the other aspects of the issue, no-one really picked up that that was what happened. Two substantial charges against the card followed, even though the card had been returned. This is the only time the card was 'out of sight', so there is no doubt that is when it happened. We will never use that CTFM again.
