Serving up RAW food

We went to CTFM Big Bay I ordered fish cakes.The fish cakes tasted so bad I spat it out also it looked raw. A waitress came to my table and assured me this is the new way of cooking as management feels it is healthier this way. I sent my food back as I just couldn't eat it. A few minutes later our waitress came over to let me know they forgot to cook it all together and the fish cakes were indeed RAW.I let it go and ordered the fish and chips. I cut through the fish in the middle and it was raw with water running on the plate.<br> By that time I lost my appetite and asked for the bill.<br> The owner came to our table to apologies. I accepted and declined offer for more food and desert.<br> Paid the bill and we got up to leave.<br> This owner/manageress blocked us by another couples table with a plate of raw fish and the fish I sent back HOWEVER she only had the outer coating of my fish on the plate to prove to me it was NOT raw. I told her it's just the coating she has on the plate and tried to walk off. She raised her voice&said we do not know the difference between raw and cooked fish.I just wanted to go home but this woman made a point of calling me a **** in public. DISGUSTED!!
