PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CAPE TOWN FISH MARKET

14 FEBRUARY 2019. POOR PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CAPE TOWN FISH MARKET HEMINGWAYS EAST LONDON. I ordered a starter, cheese and garlic bread. Despite the long wait, it arrived ice cold the butter didn't even melt inside. The cheese was hard. I called on the manager who was not very sympathetic asked if she could put it back in the oven. That is really unacceptable. Can you imagine what cheese would end up looking like? I told them to cancel the starter and prefer to wait for the main course. Our drinks stood at the bar for almost 15 minutes before being brought to us. I ordered a beef burger, the patti was dry not like how its usually made, the chips was dry and over fried. In all the time we were sitting there not once did the waiter check up on us. After eating the waiting came to collect the cutlery and I asked her for a coke. I waited another 20 minutes and it still didn't come. I then asked for the bill which I had to wait another 15 minutes for. The waiter was all over the show. No customer service. When I eventually received my bill I had noticed the garlic bread was still on the receipt. This is the last time I will ever eat there and will never recommend them to anyone. I walked out unsatisfied.
