Pathetic APP and Loyalty programme. A joke!

Absolutely atrocious useless pathetic APP! Your loyalty program is a joke. It's worth zero stars. My discounts and statements never show. I have to always reach out via email on multiple occasions to the loyalty team who eventually somewhat fix the matter yet my points never ever reflect. Useless
