ordered takeaways and the food was not good

I'm in Durban for work, booked in at the City Lodge Hotel. I decided to order from Cape Town Fish Market, surf n turf through Mr Delivery. The food was badly done, the steak was burnt and had that bitter taste, the chips were sloppy and stale, I couldn't even finish my food. It was as if I was given leftovers. I had the worst dinner ever.
