Octopus found in onion rings batter

I had dinner at cape town fish market last night ordered the fish and chips special with a side order of onion rings.as i was eating the onion rings i tasted sumthing funny in my mouth when i inspected what it was i discovered it was a piece of octopus no idea how it got into the batter of the onion rings i am also highly allergic to seafood but i may only eat fish what if i had to eat that octopus i had no medication with me at all because it was unexpected.i took pictures as evidence as well.Bad experience yet again at CTFM
