Nothing in stock!!!

We went to CTFM for my wife's birthday. This turned out to be a mistake... No beer on tap (not a biggie), No steak for Surf and Turf - which they offered to replace with 3 tiny ribs with hardly any meat on. Only when I spoke to the manager did they replace the steak with a decent cut and size of meat (by this time I was the only person at our table eating)... When it came to dessert time, the waitron informed us that they didn't have most of the desserts... I have always had issues with this CTFM, and foolishly, I think it's not the norm, but, alas Customer Service and complaints mean nothing to these Bozo's... I wonder what restaurant will be opening up next to Rush in the next few years?
