No problem let's wash your salmon off by hand

My sushi oder arrived incorrectly. Waiter returned to sushi chef. I noticed from my table he took my plate and was busy with it. So.ething was off. Walked over towards him. I noticed he was using his hands, washing off the mayo from the salmon under the tap, and putting the salmon back on my sushi. This is disgusting. I am so upset a lovely evening with my other half spoiled... Nothing was done about this wich made it worse. I felt the right thing to do is to make people aware. I will never go back to this place.....
