Never going back

Service was terrible!! Waitress did not even give us our knives and forks, we had to ask for it. When we received our drinks my boyfriend was not even given a glass for his bottle of water, had to wait 10min before waitress came back to us for us to have to ask for that too. Restaurant was not even busy and it took 45min for us to get our starters! Which was 3 Salmon roses and starter mussels...and then I had to wait again to get the soy sauce. Ordered my daughter a beef burger at the same time which only came an hour later! Asked for NO GARNISH on the burger and when we eventually got it....surprise surprise...it had the garnish on!! A lady sitting in the booth behind us was having the same problem of having to wait way too long and complained to the manager!! We didn't even bother ordering our mains. Not the waitress or the manager even bothered to apologize. It is safe to say that we will definitely not be coming back!!
