Misleading information
My sons birthday was on 11 February. According to my loyalty card he was supposed to receive a birthday voucher from 11 February to 11 March. However, we were told he cannot use it. It indicates clearly online when the voucher is valid for

I registered my son on your loyalty program. His birthday was on 11 February. It indicates online that his birthday voucher is valid from 11 Feb to 11 March. However the store does not want to allow us to use it. Furthermore I was told that children cannot be part of this program. There is no where in your terms and conditions indicating this. I was also told they don't no how I got so many vouchers. However I am registered on the program, my husband is registered and my son. There is no where in the terms and conditions saying only 1 family member can register.
