Kudus For CTFM Blouberg

On the 24 January, my wife and I had an impromptu lunch at CTFM in Blouberg, Cape Town. After our meal arrived, my wife tasted her fish and discovered that it did not taste right. She called the waiter and pointed out that she thinks there is something wrong with the fish. The waiter without any further ado said she would inform the manager. The manager, a gentleman by the name of Success approached our table and enquired what was wrong. After listening, he asked if my wife would want a repeat of the order or anything else instead. After my wife indicated that she would order something else, he left. Her new meal arrived and Success came back to our table to inform us that he had checked with the Kitchen manager and there appeared nothing wrong that they could detected about the fish. However, he still profusely apologized for any inconvenience. Well done Success, you are real ambassador for CTFM. I salute you for excellence service and inter personal skills. If only other service providers can take a leaf from you, service in CT would improve drastically.
