Horrible service, horrible food, horrible attitude

We ordered from CPT fish market Lonehill lastnight, this is the second time I have experienced the same thing! the person who took the order couldn't speak English properly, when she finally put my husband over to someone else, he took the order, then after everything said ok now lets start again and put it on the computer??? the call was 25mins to make 1 simple order, then the waitress doesn't close the sauce bowls in our take away, needless to say EVERYTHING was covered in tartar sauce, bowls, cutlery EVERYTHING! my steak was well done (I ordered rare) I had 4 tiny pieces of calamari (grilled is now +R20) (this was supposed to be a surf and turf) and my vegies I ordered were straight out the freezer, not even heated. My husbands fish was good, but the salad was offcut lettuce and 4 halves of baby tomatoes??? needless to say we didn't eat it and went to bed hungry, I called the manager who \couldn't help me"took my number down for the owner to call me this morning::: 10:41----STILL NOTHING!!!! Well done CPT fishmarket"
